Awesome professional trigger point therapy. Really helped with the recovery from my ACL surgery. Highly recommend for the fifo worker or hard working tradespeople out there...good for sports injuries too.

CBD Health Plus is great! I booked a one hour deep tissue massage with Noemi. We briefly talked about my issues (I am a daily life-long cyclist). I was impressed with her knowledge of my areas of chronic muscle fatigue and the way she addressed them. Definitely wanting to see her on a regular basis. BTW the facility is very pleasant, clean and well run. I could not have been more pleased.

I was in town and was dealing with some neck and shoulder pain. I needed a massage to target those muscles, not just a typical relaxation massage, and she definitely did exactly what my shoulder needed. It helped so much, I got another appointment booked. Honestly amazing there was even any availability because lots of places are booked out way further without being half this good. Anyway, this massage made me sad I don't live here.

Really, really great. Hurt my neck from moving house and lifting way too many heavy objects - couldn't turn my head or look down. Spent an hour on the table with Noemi, while she put me through a seriously intense yet therapeutic massage. The next day, i was sore, but in an exercise-way, not a painful way. And 18 hours later, i have full mobility back in my neck, and my whole shoulder/back feels significantly looser. She’s really, really great (an an excellent price-point too).

Oh my gosh!! Fantastic experience all around, from the minute you walk in to the moment you leave. The front desk was so friendly and helpful and the environment is very clean and comfortable.The massage itself had me feeling like a brand new person. She worked on all of my knots in my shoulder, neck, and back and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling so GOOD! Definitely can’t wait to come back again!

Best massage/muscle recovery I've ever received. I'm don't practice the best posture when I cycle or when I'm at work and using my computer so I get a lot of neck and upper back pain. Noemi was very thorough and spent a lot of time breaking up the knots. I haven't regained normal" feeling in my upper back for years and highly recommend Noemi for all of your sports recovery needs."
